We have an opportunity for a Salesperson to join a high performing team at a high-volume Toyota Dealership in Newstead, Brisbane.


We are looking for someone who can sell and deliver big volumes consistently, all the while delivering an outstanding experience to our guests. We need someone who can manage their time well and think outside the box. Above all, you need to be an outstanding team player. Vehicle sales experience is preferable but not essential, we can teach you the tools of the trade if you have the right attitude and love looking after people. We are wanting someone who is proactive, open to change and happy contribute to the team.

Position Description

 

  • Professional handling of enquiries and managing the sales process from prospect to delivery, and follow-up
  • Following set sales procedures, including, Guest needs analysis, valuation of trade-ins, test drives, offer to purchase, negotiations, delivery and follow-up
  • Working closely with our Finance and Car Care departments to provide our full range of products & services to our Guests
  • Maintaining high level of presentation of vehicle display and Guest Facilities
  • Occasional travel required for meeting Guest requirements
  • Keeping Guest relationship management systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
