Reporting to the Regional HR Manager – QLD, we are seeking a passionate HR Coordinator to join our QLD Regional Support team. This role works closely with the QLD HR team, on a variety of HR tasks and projects. In this role you will gain experience across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment support, reporting, systems management, coordinating training opportunities, supporting people projects and providing office and administration support to the team. Based in our QLD HQ office in Mt Gravatt, you will work with a highly collaborative regional support team who love what we do!

About this role:

Provide comprehensive administrative support for the region ensuring accurate employee documentation and maintenance of HR records.

Efficient system administration of our newly implemented HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors

Assist with local recruitment efforts, including supporting managers with the creation and management of job postings

Complete HR reporting, communicate results and dashboards to the QLD region.

Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that all required administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with organisational policies.

Oversee QLD apprenticeships, including regular communication with training providers, Service Managers, support the recognition and mentoring of apprentices and processing completion and incentive claims.

Support employee engagement initiatives by organising internal events, supporting communications and collecting feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.

Manage the shared email queries, and systems such as Microsoft teams, and our reward and recognition platform

Use your advanced Microsoft excel skills to develop and maintain complex formula driven spreadsheets to maintain people data and metrics

Support HR projects with organisation of meetings, administration and development of resources.
Must haves:
-
Proven experience in an administrative or HR Coordinator role
-
Proficiency in Microsoft suite including excel

Experience in SAP/SuccessFactors and Kronos (Highly desired)

Strong time management and prioritisation skills

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, whilst also being a collaborative team member

Passion and desire to provide a positive customer experience for all stakeholders

High-quality written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Experience dealing effectively and appropriately with highly sensitive and confidential information

Agile and open to change with a positive attitude
