BYD Brisbane is seeking an organised, proactive Delivery Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end vehicle delivery process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on attention to detail, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring every customer drive‑away experience is seamless and memorable.

About the role
As Delivery Coordinator, you will be the central link between sales, service, logistics and customers, ensuring vehicles are delivered on time, accurately and to BYD’s high standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating end‑to‑end vehicle deliveries from stock allocation through to customer handover
• Liaising with sales consultants, service teams, transport providers and registration bodies
• Managing delivery schedules, documentation and compliance requirements
• Preparing vehicles for delivery, ensuring accuracy of accessories, plates and paperwork
• Communicating clearly with customers to confirm timelines and delivery expectations
• Maintaining accurate records in internal systems and ensuring data integrity
• Proactively resolving issues to keep deliveries on track and customers informed

About you
You are highly organised, calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering a polished experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.
To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Experience in a delivery coordination, administration or operations role (automotive highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously
• Confident communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
• High level of organisation, time management and problem‑solving ability
• Confidence using CRM, dealer management systems or similar software
• A valid Driver’s Licence
• A genuine interest in electric vehicles and future mobility (highly desirable)
