About the Role

Our Brisbane Admin Team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Officer to provide essential support across dealership operations. Your work will help keep processes running efficiently while supporting our sales, service and finance teams.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with processing vehicle sales, registrations and general documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and complete data entry within dealership systems
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams across sales, service and finance
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally
  • Contribute to smooth, efficient workflow across multiple departments

 

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administration or clerical role
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and dealership/ data entry systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
