About the Role
Simplr are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Clerk to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform general office duties including filing, scanning and data entry
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail
· Process invoices, purchase orders and credit cards expenses
· Ensure filing and records management complies with company polices and legislation
Skills & Experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Time management and ability to meet deadlines
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to learn and take direction
