Accounts Clerk and Administration

About the Role

Eagers Automotive are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Accounts and Administration Clerk to support vehicle deal processing and sales administration functions.

This role plays an important part in ensuring vehicle deals are processed accurately, compliantly, and within required timeframes to support dealership operations.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Administration teams, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the end‑to‑end vehicle sales process in a structured environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing vehicle deal paperwork and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
• Assisting with deal reconciliations, settlements, and internal checks
• Supporting registration, delivery, and finance documentation requirements
• Maintaining accurate records across dealership systems
• Assisting with reporting related to sales and deal processing activity
• Providing administrative support to Sales and Finance teams
• Ensuring all documentation complies with company, regulatory, and audit requirements

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in automotive administration, deal processing, or sales support highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Confidence working with documentation and numerical data
• Well‑organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Confident communication skills and professional approach
• Competent using dealership systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
