The Opportunity

You will be responsible for making sure our customers have the best experience possible, from drop off to pick up.

 

The Role:

  • Greet visitors to the Service Department
  • Complete repair order presentation via I-Pad
  • Working with the workshop controller to ensure the vehicle is ready on time
  • Advising the customer of any required work
  • Keeping the customer informed during the day
  • Handing the car back to the customer and explaining the work carried out
  • Making future service bookings

  • Strong ability to multitask and think on your feet
  • Strong team player
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience
