Parts Interpreter

We’re currently looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our busy Parts Department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting and supplying parts to both internal workshop staff and retail customers
• Handling inbound phone enquiries and counter sales
• Preparing accurate and timely repair quotations
• Allocating parts to repair orders and job cards
• Working closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Assisting with stock control and maintaining department organisation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (Hyundai experience highly regarded)
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively
• A professional and calm approach under pressure
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry
