New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Main North Nissan & Chery are seeking a driven and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, representing the Nissan and Chery brands, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers through the vehicle buying process from enquiry to delivery
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining product knowledge across Nissan and Chery vehicle ranges
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Managing follow-ups and leads using the dealership CRM system
• Preparing sales documentation and ensuring compliance with dealership processes
• Collaborating with finance, aftermarket, and service departments to enhance customer experience

About You

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service
• Well-presented with a professional attitude
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Current driver’s licence required
