Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Car Care Consultant, you'll become the expert on all things related to vehicle protection, offering our customers premium paint and interior protection products to help preserve their investment.

• Sales & Education: Present and educate customers about our premium car care products.

• Database Management: Keep company records up-to-date with precision.

• Reporting: Generate and analyse weekly and monthly reports to improve operations.

• Delivery Coordination: Work with the sales & pre-delivery team to manage vehicle deliveries efficiently.

• Quality Control: Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet company standards before delivery.

• Data Entry & Warranty Processing: Handle warranty documents and ensure accurate data entry.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, finance, service, and pre-delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
