Waverley Volkswagen is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery and Reconditioning Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work with a trusted brand and a supportive, professional workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Recondition used vehicles for resale, ensuring they are safe, clean, and ready for delivery
• Complete minor mechanical and cosmetic repairs as required
• Conduct road tests and quality checks
• Accurately document work and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Maintain a clean and efficient working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a dealership or workshop environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently to deadlines without compromising quality
• A current and valid driver’s licence
• Victorian RWC (Roadworthy Certificate) licence highly regarded
