About the Role

Mt Gravatt Kia are seeking a professional and friendly Service Receptionist to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing efficient administrative and front‑desk support.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers on arrival and assist with service bookings and enquiries
  • Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
  • Support the service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with customers
  • Manage the service reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times

 

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Current driver’s licence
