We are seeking an experienced Service Foreman to join our aftersales team and play a key leadership role in driving workshop performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As Service Foreman, you will lead and support our team of technicians to ensure efficient workshop operations while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day leadership and technical support to workshop technicians
- Monitoring workflow and allocating jobs to maximise productivity
- Assisting with complex diagnostics and repairs where required
- Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Supporting apprentice development and technician training
- Maintaining a safe and compliant workshop environment
- Working closely with Service Advisors to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Driving efficiency, quality, and team performance across the workshop
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician
- Previous experience in a Foreman, Team Leader, or Senior Technician role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A current and valid driver's licence
- Franchise dealership experience will be highly regarded
- A positive attitude and passion for developing others
