Southside Toyota, at Mount Gravatt have an opportunity for a Sales Receptionist to join the well-established team. With an employee-centric leader, the opportunities are endless. This is not your everyday Receptionist role, this highly-important role is focused on ensuring our valued customers are receiving great, prompt communication over the phone & in person in order to maintain and deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience alongside your team, with the unified goal of “One Team, One Vision”.  This role also offers the opportunity to include accounts administration tasks.

  • Awareness and ability to work efficiently, handling multiple customer enquiries at a time
  • Strong time management & organisational skills
  • Ability to support and work with other team members and departments
  • Enthusiastic, warm, keen and pleasant manner
  • High level of professionalism and personal presentation
  • Ability to consistently follow sales process and procedures
  • Initiative to help on the front line if the need arises
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office
  • Mandarin or Cantonese speaking would be advantageous but not necessary
  • Previous exposure to accounts administration would be a distinct advantage

  • Other administrative duties as required by the Sales Manager/Financial Controller
