The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team. This role involves identifying, sourcing, and supplying automotive parts and accessories to both internal departments and external customers, ensuring accuracy and high-level service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret and source parts for workshop, retail, and trade customers

• Process orders, quotes, and invoices in line with dealership procedures

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts catalogues and manufacturer systems

• Manage stock levels, incoming deliveries, and returns

• Provide prompt and professional service to both internal teams and external clients

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a parts interpreter or similar automotive role

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Current driver's licence

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with some weekend work as required

• A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
