New Vehicle Sales Manager

About the Role

Mt Gravatt Kia are seeking a results‑driven and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our new car sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience throughout the buying journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members
• Oversee the full new vehicle sales process and ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage stock availability, pricing, and ordering in line with manufacturer requirements
• Collaborate with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar senior role within automotive retail
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the new vehicle sales process
• Ability to inspire, coach, and manage a high‑performing sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Current driver’s licence
• Full Australian working rights
