🚀 About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll learn our ways and continue to develop your own skill set while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience. No two days are the same, and you’ll be gaining hands-on experience while developing skills that will set you up for future success.

You’ll be:

• Creating engaging, memorable experiences for customers
• Learning how to build rapport and communicate with confidence
• Supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries and learning product features & benefits
• Keeping customer information up to date in our DMS
• Learning how to manage your time, follow sales processes and hit targets
• Growing your confidence in a busy, high-performing environment

🙌 About You

You don’t need sales experience — attitude is everything.

You’re someone who:

• Is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn
• Enjoys talking to people and building connections
• Takes pride in punctuation and presentation
• Has a strong work ethic and a positive mindset
• Is open to feedback and happy to learn from mistakes
• Can adapt quickly with a can do attitude
• Wants a real career, not just a job

✅ Must Haves

• Full and current Manual Driver’s Licence
• A genuine interest in cars and customer service
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Motor Salesperson/Dealer Licence – not essential to start, but will be required later (we’ll guide you)
