Zupps Group is on the hunt for a motivated Sales Trainee to join our high-energy New Vehicle Sales team, working with some of the most trusted brands in Australia – Suzuki, Honda and Subaru.

🚀 About the Role
As a Sales Trainee, you’ll learn the ropes of automotive sales while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience. No two days are the same, and you’ll be gaining hands-on experience while developing skills that will set you up for future success.
You’ll be:

• Creating engaging, memorable experiences for customers
• Learning how to build rapport and communicate with confidence
• Supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries and learning product features & benefits
• Keeping customer information up to date in our DMS
• Learning how to manage your time, follow sales processes and hit targets
• Growing your confidence in a busy, high-performing environment

You don’t need sales experience — attitude is everything.
You’re someone who:

• Is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn
• Enjoys talking to people and building connections
• Takes pride in punctuation and presentation
• Has a strong work ethic and a positive mindset
• Is open to feedback and happy to learn from mistakes
• Can adapt quickly with a can do attitude
• Wants a real career, not just a job

✅ Must Haves

• Full and current Manual Driver’s Licence
• A genuine interest in cars and customer service
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Motor Salesperson/Dealer Licence – not essential to start, but will be required later (we’ll guide you)
