Fleet Administrator

About the Role

Mt Gravatt Mitsubishi and Kia are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Fleet Administrator to support our fleet sales operations. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to ensure fleet vehicle orders, documentation, and processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes, contributing to a smooth experience for our customers and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Fleet Sales team, finance, manufacturers, and external partners to manage end‑to‑end fleet administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing fleet vehicle documentation and contracts
• Managing vehicle orders, registrations, and delivery documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry across dealership systems
• Liaising with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams regarding order status
• Supporting invoicing, settlements, and compliance requirements
• Assisting with reporting and tracking of fleet sales activity
• Ensuring all documentation meets company and regulatory standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in administration or sales support highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident communication skills and professional approach
• Well‑organised with strong time management skills
• Competent using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Current driver’s licence
