About the Role
As a Car Care Consultant, you will work closely with customers to present and recommend a range of vehicle protection and enhancement products that improve the ownership experience.
This is a customer-facing sales role that offers excellent earning potential, strong dealership support, and the opportunity to build a rewarding automotive career.

Key responsibilities include:

• Presenting vehicle protection and car care products to customers
• Explaining the features and benefits of available vehicle enhancement packages
• Building rapport with customers and identifying their needs
• Achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Working closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Managing paperwork and documentation accurately
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
• Following dealership and compliance standards

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Excellent presentation and professionalism
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• A current driver's licence
• Australian working rights

Desirable

• Experience in automotive aftermarket, finance & insurance, or vehicle protection products
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Dealership experience
