Administration Officer

Mt Gravatt Mitsubishi is looking for a reliable and organised Administration Officer to join our dealership team in a permanent full-time position. This role is ideal for an experienced administration allrounder who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Working in a busy dealership environment, you will support multiple departments including sales, service and finance, helping ensure our internal processes are accurate, efficient and well organised.

About the Role

This position is a key administrative support role within the dealership. You will assist with a range of administrative functions and work closely with different teams to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
• Processing new and used vehicle deals
• Processing bank statements and daily banking
• Assisting with account reconciliation
• Helping out with Accounts receivable
• New and used vehicle floorplan
• Completing tasks given to you by the Financial Controller
• Providing general administrative support across the dealership

Skills & Experience
• Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
• Automotive dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
