About the Role

Brighton Volkswagen is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a results-focused environment and wants to be rewarded for performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicle options

• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery

• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers

• Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach

• Current driver’s licence
