We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant (Mandarin Speaking Preferred) to join the team at Mercedes-Benz Brighton. This is your chance to represent a world-class brand in a sophisticated dealership environment where quality and service go hand in hand.

• Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences

• Present and demonstrate new Mercedes-Benz vehicles

• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to delivery

• Build lasting relationships and provide a premium experience

• Achieve sales targets while maintaining brand standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience, ideally within luxury automotive or high-end retail

• Professional presentation and strong communication skills

• Drive and motivation to exceed targets and deliver results

• Customer-first mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence

• Valid driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
