What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions

• Demonstrate and promote the latest Volkswagen models and features

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Meeting sales targets in a structured, supportive environment

• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (automotive a bonus, but not essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Must hold a current Australian driver’s licence
