Driveway Attendant

Mercedes-Benz Brighton is seeking a Concierge/ Driveway Attendant. We are part of Australia's largest and most dynamic automotive retailer, Eagers Automotive, employing over 8,000 team members across 250 dealerships within Australia & New Zealand. We represent over 33 car brands and 11 truck & bus brands, priding ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role:

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Safely and efficiently move client and dealership vehicles around the site
• Oversee dealership parking and space management
• Ensure Service loan vehicles are clean, well-presented, and fully fuelled
• Coordinate customer vehicle pick-up and delivery
• Perform general administrative tasks as required
• Follow up diligently and maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role (preferably in Automotive, hospitality or a related industry)
• Exceptional grooming standards
• A current, valid driver’s license with the ability to drive various types of vehicles
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and going the extra mile for guests
• Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure, fast-paced situations
