Delivery Coordinator

Brighton Volkswagen is seeking a skilled Delivery Coordinator to manage the final, crucial stage of the vehicle sales process—ensuring every customer receives their vehicle with accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless experience.

About the Role:

As a Delivery Coordinator, your prior experience as a stock controller in the auto industry will be key. You'll be responsible for coordinating vehicle deliveries, ensuring all documentation and pre-delivery processes are complete, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers to guarantee satisfaction at handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate timely and accurate vehicle deliveries for customers
• Liaise with sales, service, and pre-delivery departments to ensure vehicles are ready on schedule
• Maintain and update vehicle delivery logs and schedules
• Prepare delivery packs including registration, contracts, and warranty documentation
• Monitor inventory readiness and escalate any stock or delivery delays
• Support stock control tasks as needed to ensure seamless logistics

About You:

• Proven experience in stock control within the automotive industry is essential
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Confident in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Proficient in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
• A current Open Driver’s Licence
