The successful applicant will support Dealership and Car Care teams within our Victoria/Tasmania region, with the primary focus of building and developing a high-performing team of passionate Car Care Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and train both experienced and new Car Care Consultants

• Facilitate group training sessions

• Provide dealership support and guidance

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding

• Prepare monthly reports for senior management

• Deliver profit growth proposals

• Support Operational Managers across the region

The Ideal Candidate Has

• Advanced presentation and communication skills

• A strong track record of sales success

• Experience leading teams and driving performance

• Excellent relationship-building abilities

• The ability to prioritise and adapt to a changing workload

• A background in automotive sales and/or Aftermarket Car Care (highly regarded)

• Strong computer literacy and autonomy

• Passion for growth, leadership, and team development
