Business Manager

The Role:

We’re looking for a polished, customer-focused professional to step into the Business Manager role and help us deliver a seamless, high-quality vehicle-purchasing experience.

In this role you will guide customers through finance and insurance process with integrity and confidence. You will build trusted relations, collaborate closely with sales teams, and support customers in making informed and confident decisions.

What you’ll do:  
·       Presenting finance and insurance products in a clear, professional manner
·       Structuring tailored finance packages to meet customer needs and budgets
·       Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards
·       Building strong relationships and supporting a smooth handover process
·       Working closely with the sales team to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction

About you:
·       Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving results
·       Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
·       Ability to influence, guide, and take customers on the journey
·       A professional, honest, and well-presented approach
·       Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask
·       Proactive, positive team mindset
·       Full Australian working rights
·       Valid and current drivers licence
