As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and play a key role in our busy service department.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer receives professional, friendly and efficient service from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and discussing their servicing requirements
• Scheduling service bookings and coordinating workshop workflow
• Preparing estimates and explaining recommended repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with technicians to keep customers informed of vehicle progress
• Processing invoices and handling customer payments
• Identifying additional service opportunities that benefit the customer
• Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience

This position offers a competitive salary package plus commission, rewarding your ability to identify opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, customer service or automotive administration role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple priorities
• A professional presentation and positive attitude
• Experience within the automotive industry will be highly regarded
• A current and valid driver's licence
