Service Advisor

About the Role

Black Toyota Miles are seeking a professional and guest‑focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with technicians and guests in a supportive regional dealership environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist service guests with bookings and enquiries
• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate required work to guests
• Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status
• Maintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the service process
• Upsell additional servicing or repair work where appropriate
• Ensure all work is authorised and completed to Toyota and dealership standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role highly regarded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
• High attention to detail and professional approach
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Confident using dealer management systems and Microsoft Office
• Current driver’s licence
