The role of Finance and Insurance Consultant is primarily responsible for selling finance and insurance products to our customers, ensuring compliance needs are met, and providing an exceptional buying experience.

This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate who will enjoy providing our guests with an excellent customer service experience.

Duties will include:

• Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance
• Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business 
• Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
• Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
• Delivering value for customers

• Ensuring the administrative operations are completed accurately

• Meeting KPIs and sales targets
• Working closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure efficient and seamless service

About you:

If you have a positive, 'can do' attitude, passion for providing great customer service as well as confidence in your communication and negotiation skills, we would like to hear from you!

Training and support will be provided to the right candidates. No prior experience is necessary!

Ideally you will possess:

• Whilst experience providing finance and/ or lending services would be highly regarded, it is not essential; we’re happy to train people with the right attitude!
• Strong numerical skills essential
• Ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships with customers
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously while liaising with a variety of departments
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Work well in a busy environment and be driven by results
• Willingness to learn and develop
