We’re searching for a confident and driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader or a 2IC ready to take the next step in their automotive career. You’ll be responsible for driving team performance, managing stock, and delivering a seamless guest experience.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a leadership or 2IC role within automotive retail

• Strong ability to mentor, coach and motivate a sales team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to negotiate, close deals and build long-term relationships

• Solid knowledge of the used vehicle sales process

• Competency with Autogate, Carsales and digital platforms

• Stock management proficiency

• Strong time management and organisational abilities

• A current manual driver’s licence
