Parts Interpreter

City Mazda are seeking an experienced Parts Warehouse / Interpreter to support a large automotive dealership and workshop. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate parts identification, efficient supply, and high-quality service to both internal and external customers.

Working closely with service and sales teams, this role contributes to the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealerships by maintaining strong stock control, supplier relationships, and customer service standards. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys variety and working with multiple automotive brands in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:
Interpret and supply parts for workshop and retail customers across multiple brands
Accurately identify parts using electronic catalogues and dealer management systems
Process parts orders, invoices, and credits
Maintain stock control and assist with inventory management including picking, locating, parts binning and dispatch.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
Provide professional, responsive service to technicians, service advisors, and customers

What you need:
Previous experience in an automotive parts environment
Strong attention to detail and product knowledge
Confidence using electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
A team-focused approach and willingness to support a multi-brand operation
Experience across multiple automotive brands is highly regarded but not essential
Fork lift licence highly regarded but not essential
Current drivers licence
