Finance and Insurance Consultant

City Autos Mazda is seeking a driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process by delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.\

Working closely with the sales team, you will guide customers through the finance journey from approval through to settlement, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is motivated by achieving strong results.

What you will be doing:

• Present and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products
• Support the sales team to maximise every opportunity
• Structure and submit finance applications in line with lender requirements
• Manage deal flow from approval through to settlement
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and compliantly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and internal teams
• Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience

What you need:

• Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance or a similar role
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach
• Understanding of finance compliance and lending processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
