Accounts Clerk

City Autos Mazda is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Clerk to join our dealership administration team. This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple processes.

Working closely with the wider administration and accounting team, you will assist with a range of tasks including processing transactions, maintaining records, and supporting dealership operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in accuracy.

What you will be doing:

• Process daily banking, EFTs, and financial transactions
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
• Support vehicle deal processing for new and used vehicles
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry
• Assist with reporting and ad hoc tasks as required
• Liaise with internal departments to support smooth operations

What you need:

• Previous accounts or administration experience preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
