As the Warranty Administrator, you’ll serve as the essential link between our Service Department and the manufacturer. Your accuracy and attention to detail will ensure that all warranty and goodwill claims are processed in full compliance with Porsche's standards. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, submit, and track all warranty and goodwill claims
- Audit repair documentation to ensure alignment with Porsche warranty policies
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure claim accuracy
- Investigate and resolve rejected claims in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain complete, well-organised warranty records for audit and compliance purposes
- Communicate directly with Porsche to manage claim approvals and procedural updates
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and broader team
- Stay current with Porsche warranty systems, standards, and procedures through regular training
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warranty or service administration within the automotive industry
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to process accuracy and compliance
- Solid understanding of manufacturer warranty systems and policies
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator and team player
- Proficient with Dealer Management Systems (e.g., ERA) and the Microsoft Office Suite
