We are seeking a Service Bookings Adminstrator - a professional with exceptional organisational skills, technical understanding, and an unwavering commitment to customer excellence.
As the first point of contact for our valued Porsche Service customers, you will be responsible for managing the complete scheduling process - ensuring every service experience is seamless, efficient, and worthy of the Porsche name.

The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will act as the vital link between our Service Consultants, Workshop Manager, and Parts Advisors. You will expertly coordinate service appointments, estimate time requirements, and identify the necessary parts to ensure every vehicle receives meticulous attention and care.
Your professionalism and attention to detail will help deliver the premium ownership experience expected by every Porsche customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all Service enquiries - via phone, website, and email.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments with precision and efficiency.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service preparation.
• Assess service needs, estimate job durations, and determine required parts using your technical expertise.
• Uphold Porsche’s standards of excellence in customer care and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all aspects of service bookings.
• Using accuracy in data maintenance.
• Follow up and general booking management.
• DMS (Dealer management system) In date and Porsche World Wide System PPN.
• Self-management skills is crucial.
