What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years retail sales experience (automotive experience a plus, but not required).
• A dynamic and engaging personality with a passion for high-performance vehicles.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and close deals.
• Professionalism, confidence, and excellent communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury sales environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent the Porsche brand with pride and professionalism.
• Deliver a first-class experience to every client - from first contact to final delivery.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, test drives, financing options, and follow-ups. Meeting monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with current & new client base.
• Sales and inventory reporting in CRM System.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Porsche models, features, and innovations.
