Eagers Automotive Limited is launching an exciting new customer-focused finance team that brings automotive finance to customers wherever they are. If you have experience in finance, lending or sales, exceptional phone skills and the ability to turn an enquiry into an opportunity, we’d like to hear from you.

As a Remote Finance Consultant, you’ll follow up sales and finance enquiries, build rapport over the phone and guide customers through finance pre-approval before they visit our dealerships.
You’ll also provide remote support to our Finance & Insurance Managers during periods of high demand, leave coverage and peak trading times.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up sales and finance enquiries promptly, converting interest into applications.
• Build trust over the phone, understand customer needs and explain suitable finance options.
• Guide customers through applications and lender requirements towards pre-approval.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate customer records.
• Work with dealership teams and lenders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide remote finance support and leave coverage across our dealership network.
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards of service, responsible lending and compliance.

What You’ll Bring
Experience in finance, lending or sales and exceptional phone skills are essential. Backgrounds in automotive finance, banking, mortgage broking and consultative sales are welcome.
You’ll bring:

• Confidence building rapport, handling objections and converting enquiries into applications.
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• The discipline to work independently from home while staying connected to our dealerships, finance team and lenders.
