Position 

Fleet Administration Assistant 
📍 Location: BYD Fullarton 
🕒 Full-time | Monday to Friday 
Reports to: BYD SA Fleet Manager 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Provide administrative support to the Fleet Manager and Fleet team. 

  • Prepare and process invoices. 

  • Update and maintain Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) portals. 

  • Build strong relationships with customers and business partners. 

  • Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate records. 

  • Support daily fleet operations and deliver exceptional customer service. 

  • Bring a positive attitude, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. 

What We're Looking For 

  • Positive, can-do attitude. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn. 

  • A genuine team player who can also work independently. 

Experience in administration is preferred, however we welcome applicants from automotive, retail, technology, real estate, telecommunications, or any customer-focused industry.
