Stock Controller

Newcastle Mazda is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin Assistant to support our dealership operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth coordination of vehicle stock, administration processes, and internal communication across departments.

Working closely with the sales and management teams, you will assist in managing vehicle movements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day dealership administration. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in accuracy.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with vehicle stock control and data management
• Update and maintain accurate vehicle records across dealership systems
• Support the coordination of incoming and outgoing vehicle stock
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant
• Provide support to the wider administration and sales teams as required

What you need:

• Previous administration or coordination experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
