About the Role

We are looking for a Parts Sales Consultant to join the team and support customers with parts enquiries, sales, and day-to-day counter operations. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of accuracy, and takes pride in delivering good service.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, maintaining parts records, and working closely with the broader team to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in a parts, automotive, or sales role

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence using computer systems

• Experience with automotive parts catalogues or systems is highly regarded
