Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and supply parts to trade, retail, and internal workshop customers
• Prepare accurate quotes and assist with parts enquiries
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and supplier offerings
• Process orders, manage inventory levels, and follow up on backorders
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source parts efficiently
• Support warehouse operations as needed

About You:

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong product knowledge and computer literacy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organisational abilities
• A team player with a positive and customer-first attitude
• Valid Australian driver’s licence (forklift licence advantageous)
