Finance and Insurance Consultant

About the Role

As our Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by:

• Presenting and arranging tailored finance, leasing, and insurance solutions
• Explaining vehicle protection products in a clear, compliant, and customer-focused manner
• Working closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless vehicle delivery
• Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and service providers
• Ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance standards

About You

For Trainee Applicants:

• Strong customer service skills 
• Confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
• A genuine interest in finance and the automotive industry
• High attention to detail and a willingness to learn

For Experienced Applicants:

• Previous experience in an Automotive F&I role
• Proven ability to achieve finance and product targets
• Sound knowledge of lending compliance and processes
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
