Fleet Sales Manager

With increasing demand from business, government and fleet customers, we are looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to drive fleet growth, develop long-term partnerships and position BYD as the fleet brand of choice across the Sunshine Coast region.

About the Role

As Fleet Sales Manager, you will take ownership of fleet, corporate and government sales opportunities while building strong relationships across the local business community.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing fleet sales strategies to achieve growth targets
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate, government and SME markets
• Managing existing fleet accounts and building long-term customer relationships
• Preparing vehicle proposals, tenders and quotations
• Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and CRM database
• Representing the dealership at networking and industry events
• Collaborating with the dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated sales professional with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
You will bring:

• Previous automotive fleet, corporate or business-to-business sales experience
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• The ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confidence in prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• A current Australian Driver Licence
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Experience with fleet sales, commercial vehicles or government tenders will be highly regarded.
