We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing team and play a key role in supporting our customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

About the Role

As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will work closely with our sales team and customers to deliver tailored finance, insurance and aftermarket solutions that meet individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:

• Presenting finance, insurance and aftermarket products to customers
• Assisting customers through the finance application process
• Building strong relationships with lending and insurance partners
• Ensuring compliance with industry and dealership standards
• Maximising finance penetration and customer satisfaction outcomes
• Delivering an outstanding end-to-end customer experience

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance, Business Management or vehicle sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
• High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• A professional and ethical approach to finance and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A current driver's licence

Experience with finance products, insurance products and aftermarket sales will be highly regarded.
