About the Role
BYD Sunshine Coast is seeking a professional and motivated Registration Clerk. In this role, you will assist with the daily monitoring and control of new passenger and light commercial vehicles, while also providing reception and general administration support as needed.

Your ability to work well with a wide range of people, combined with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management, will ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the dealership with vehicle monitoring and administration
• Assist with reception duties, providing friendly and professional service to customers and staff
• Perform general administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth dealership operations
• Apply creative problem-solving and initiative to support business needs

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in administration or vehicle registration (desirable but not essential)
• Intermediate computer skills; familiarity with dealership systems such as ERA is highly regarded
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Basic understanding of the automotive industry (advantageous)
