As demand for BYD vehicles continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and hands-on Full-Time Accessories Fitter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with automotive fitting experience or a mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with modern vehicles and advanced technology.

About the Role
As an Accessories Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting a range of genuine accessories and aftermarket products to new vehicles prior to customer delivery.
You’ll ensure all accessories are installed accurately, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, offering stability and the opportunity to build your career with one of Australia's fastest-growing automotive brands.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Fit genuine and aftermarket vehicle accessories
• Install products such as tow bars, electric brake controllers, floor mats, window tint, and protection products
• Conduct quality checks on completed installations
• Assist with vehicle pre-delivery preparation
• Accurately complete job documentation and records
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment
• Follow workplace safety and manufacturer standards at all times
• Support the wider workshop team as required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience fitting automotive accessories, or a strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in automotive, mechanical, electrical, or trade-related environments
• High attention to detail and workmanship standards
• Reliable and positive attitude
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Current driver's licence
• Australian working rights
• Experience working with EVs is desirable.
