Parts Interpreter

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our Parts team at Manukau AutoMall.

Working with well-respected brands, the Parts Interpreter position requires automotive product knowledge to liaise confidently with Wholesale, Retail, and internal customers in a professional manner. You will be interpreting and processing orders, as well as actively promoting and selling parts and accessories.

Key responsibilities:
Servicing the parts requirements of our busy workshop
Interpreting and identifying automotive parts from various catalogues.
Dealing with retail and Internal customers
General warehouse duties and stock taking

To be considered for this position the ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:
You will have a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in automotive franchise parts and an interest in motor vehicles
You will have experience using computerised stock control systems, including order processing and invoicing
You will have excellent understanding of English, both oral and written and be able to confidently talk to customers
You must be able to work in a busy and demanding environment
2 years' experience in a parts role is preferable and possess strong automotive mechanical knowledge
