About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Cadet to join the ULR Jaguar Land Rover team. This entry-level role is designed for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for building relationships. The successful candidate will play a key part in increasing customer retention, generating new leads, and promoting ULR throughout the Stonnington community.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Retention:
  • Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify future opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to nurture long-term relationships.

• Lead Generation:
  • Work proactively to create and capture new leads through outbound calls, community engagement, online submissions, and showroom activity.
  • Attend and support dealership events and offsite activities aimed at increasing visibility.

• Database Management:
  • Effectively manage and work through the dealership database to contact customers, set appointments, and update notes accurately.
  • Track lead progression and follow up consistently to maximise conversion.

• Offsite Flyer Distribution:
  • Execute structured flyer drops and brand-awareness campaigns across Stonnington to increase dealership recognition.
  • Represent ULR professionally while interacting with the community.

• Relationship Building:
  • Build rapport with new and existing customers, local businesses, and community groups.
  • Promote the ULR brand to make the dealership familiar and trusted within the Stonnington area.
